Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If the Company is requested by the individual to suspend or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, it is determined that the request must be met, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information in question without delay.
If the Company suspends use, etc. in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to suspend use, etc., it will notify the user of this without delay.
